Essential tips:
Proof of Purchase Needed
For Online Merchandise: You’ll need your invoice or printed email confirmation (please keep in mind: Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.)
For Store Merchandise: Be sure to bring your original receipt to the store of purchase (If you can’t find it, we’ll exchange merchandise or issue a merchandise credit, based on the lowest selling price of that merchandise.)

Within 90 days of purchase, you’ll receive credit back to the original payment method shown on your receipt.

If you’re past the 90-day mark, you’re still worry-free. We’ll issue your refund as a merchandise credit.
By the way…
For In-Store Exchanges & Returns: All stores require an electronic scan of your government-issued ID for all exchanges and returns, solely for the purpose of preventing return abuse; we’ll never sell the information obtained through this process. If you’d like a copy of your store return history, call The Retail Location.
